Super Smash Brothers Tournament
The VGAB is busy planning for upcoming events. What’s in store for the future?
How about a Super Smash Brother’s tournament? It was a resounding success last year
so we decided to have a repeat this year. For the nostalgic value, we’ll be playing on the N64
as well as the fashionable GameCube. Sadly, the Wii won’t have its Super Smash out at the time
of this event.

UT2k4 Tournament
On Monday, October 23—the eve of Calvin’s infamous reading recess, a number of dedicated
gamers gathered in the basement of RVD to play a little UT2K4. With the attendance count
at around 15, with nearly two whole pizza’s per person, the gaming was excellent.
The LAN kicked off around 9:00pm and finished nearly 5 hours later at 2 in the morning.
If you missed this momentous event, don’t fret. The VGAB is looking to host another LAN in 2007.

Halo Gaming Event
Put an exciting, informational post about the Halo gaming event. I didn’t attend it, but I know that it was a resounding success. Besides, it was also like 3 months ago!
